The excursion to Lake Hovsgol will be planned before the conference (June 03-June 08).

June 02 arrival at Ulaanbaatar, Accommodation: Ulaanbaatar

June.03 from Ulaanbaatar to Murun near Lake Hovsgol by plane, from Murun to Khatgal located at lake south side by car. Accommodation: Khatgal

June.04 from Khatgal to Khankh located at the north end of Lake Hovsgol along the east lake shore by car. Accommodation: Khankh

June 05-June 07: Excursion to around Lake Hovsgol

June 08 from Khatgal to Murun by car, move to Ulaanbaatar by plane. Accommodation: Ulaanbaatar

Conference Fee:

The fee for the conference is 160 USD (18,000 Japanese Yen).

The discount fee for students is 80 USD (9,000 Japanese Yen).

It includes lunches, the welcome party (June 10) and the farewell dinner (June 11).

 

Post Excursion Fee:

The fee for the field excursion is 290 USD (38,000 Japanese Yen).

They include the transportations, the accommodations and all meals during the excursion.

 

Accommodation at Ulaanbaatr:

Participants choose their favorite grades

     A:  150 USD (17,000 Japanese Yen) for one night

   B:  90 USD (10,000 Japanese Yen) for one night

   C:  45 USD (5,000 Japanese Yen) for one night

   D:  15 USD (1,700 Japanese Yen) for one night at NUM guest house for Students
